<< The shareholders require the resignation of Judge Willett >>

#Fanniegate is insane to discredit the ONE judge that really went to bat for shareholder rights. This attempt by Fanniegate to libel him is a DISGRACE and deserves no support from any shareholder or patriot that believes in our Constitution and the Rule of Law.

DISGRACEFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Willet. I wrote here yrs ago, case too complicated for judges! I said a few times that cases like this expose a weakness in our system. and that weakness is basically that there are some cases where the details are too complicated for us to be confident that judges (juries too) can understand what was done, and / or even recognize that something illegal was done. Just listen to the 3 judge panel that reviewed Lamberth’s case. I think it was Millet on that panel that said so many things that revealed basic and wide ranging ignorance of accounting that it was the perfect example of what I’m saying. (I could be mis-remembering which judge)

Anyway, it seems entirely possible that white collar criminals can get away with things simply bc at no point in the legal process will anyone even recognize the crime that took place in among the tiny nitty gritty details.
