Honestly I am not sure what to make of it. The David Lazar pumpers always say he just fixes the shells and cleans them up. Then sells them and has nothing to do with them. Now hes signing off as the President of LiveChain and the preferred shares convert to a lot of commons. The PPS has been dropping like a rock since the pump. No symbol change for this either.
