All of us were asking that same question at the time: "Why didn't they wait till the share price was higher?

Hard to say without having a seat at the table.

I can only guess the cash was needed at the time...in case Generate Capital exercised the loan call...which I read they did and then rescinded.

I looked upon the ATM sales as insurance.

As to Triangle St......it seems the project is complete however the FERC regulations concerning "commercial operation" must still be tangled.
