Are you still driving? It's all tied to the 5 day lowest price.

And, this prospectus is not final as it states in big red lettering.

So 1.06, 0.62 are just snapshots in time.

What is the lowest in the past five days? What will it be tomorrow, next week.

Until the S-1 is finalized the $ amount is in flux.

Also the price(currently .62) is the price GHS is buying at. Just guessing they would be looking to make a sweet profit from them.
