increasing equity value due to equivalent of
premium stock purchase instead of lower priced offering.

This is also Enterprise Value (EV) neutral
and hence supporting the stock.

Ludwig & I debated that today and we think
Jay will also support the higher valuation.

Of course 30c would be perfect to buy, but started a little.
