News of REVERSE SPLIT. Rejection from SEC of Reg A offering. If Reg A is remotely approved Troy issuing an amendment of the amount as he has bait and switched shareholders in the past. A total shutdown of this ticker by the SEC to protect the public from further harm would be welcome.
