If SIgma were company just a year or two old, then hockey pps would be possible. Not likely now, too much of a chart that shows otherwise. Institutions, funds, and other big money require sales and a solid chart history. Too much money has been made pushing the price down after run ups by profit takers and shorts reversing upward movement of the pps.
