If the company does not respond by the due date the Lans Holding stock registration(s) will be revoked on DEFAULT reasons.

If the company does respond to the SEC Admin. Proceeding the A.L.J. will cite the reasons why the company's stock registration(s) will be revoked.

Same end result of stock registration(s) revocation but if the company does respond then at least it demonstrates that the company MAY try to submit a FORM 10 in the hopes of reregistering with the SEC.

To date NOT ONE of the 2,021 suspended SEC Registered stocks has avoided revocation of their stock registration(s)....NOT ONE!!!!!!!!
