You need to go back and read the term of the funding! TCA hac total control of how the funds they loan were used, not my opinion but stated facts.

I don’t think anyone really knows all the details. I do know it makes perfect sense for TCA to want the toxic debt eliminated. Why wouldn’t TCA want their client (ZNGY) to have a clean financial standing with opportunity to attract more investors? It would only make TCA’s investment stronger.

Alex was never given money to pay off toxic debt. There was Never an agreement. Even the text Wick refers to makes it clear Alex is a B.S. salesman. Supposedly he put everything on the line. LOL TCA is concerned about their money not ours.
