Exactly, Jason did not have to come back but he did because the preferred shareholder was freaking out about this ticker getting skull and bones. Jason gave the guy his word several months back and did not want to see him get screwed by Martina. Jason saw the writing on the wall and warned the guy which is why he took action while he could and reinstated Jason...
In the end I think we all will be better than fine... Going to take some time though...
