Paper bags in CT are also largely unavailable and when they are they are expensive to the retailer and by and large only come in the small bags that cost the customer a nickel a bag. People in CT now have to bring their own bags. Pretty inconvenient.
The ONLY way to do business as it was before in the State of CT as far as the retail outlets supplying bags is to get biodegradable plastic bags made from Vytex. I hope I cleared that up for you.
