Why would the SEC suspend NGCG?

The CEO hasn't been pumping the stock - he hasn't sold any shares so it isn't a share selling scheme - the stock is deregistered so they can't be suspended for delinquent filing.

A stock can't be suspended because of the incompetence of the CEO.
