When did the LOFB spinoff happen? Who received shares?

I am so grateful I have a chance to get some LOFB shares I was a "bagholder" in VGID on Halloween of 2017. I am so happy Mike has canned Buzzy and he will be no part of the day to day operations in LOFB the company. Buzzy is a total loser and if you want to keep signing his praises that is your choice, you are part of a very smal handful of dreamers. I am like so many have seen enough of the Buzzy Bull Shitter, the final two straws were the latest joke of a conference call and now what a press release of no substance at all. What has this man got that he can Pump this POS one last time so we can all get out of this shipwreck.
