if they don't fight revocation it will be revoked, the ticker will disappear. it won't run if people can't trade it.

Yea, that is true, but they both need to come out this week, explain what happened, and let everyone know what is going on. If no word from either co then you can assume this was legal bank robbing and we got no FDIC insurance on this. If I lived in FL, I'd go over and knock on the door and see what's up.
