having the form 211 voided means the stock will resume trading on the grey market following the end of the suspension. in order to get off the grey market the company would have to find an mm willing to sponsor them and submit a new form 15c2-11 to finra and have finra accept that summission. then the sponsoring mm would have a 30 day exclusive and after that other mm's could piggyback.
