Tell your friend Randy Buffington to disclose the Financial Statements to the old Allied Nevada Shareholders. Right now HYCT is a private company so what you are saying does not make sense, It can not be done.

Hycroft does not own 25% of West Kirkland
Check the records, they sold it and all of their Nevada Exploration properties to Waterton just prior to filing bankruptcy.
