Because LAHO has been suspended and there isnt a registered market maker to file a FINRA Form 211 LAHO wont be in compliance so there wont be any bid/asks. There wont be any current information because any OTC ticker MUST HAVE a FINRA Form 211 in effect. LAHO will not.

That has to do with LAHO's Caveat Emptor status. It's unrelated to the suspension, or to is loss of compliance with Rule 15c2-11.
