Pretty cut and dry. Issue with not providing filings and address is in question. I am more concerned about the address issue. That pretty much spells out scam itself unfortunately. But maybe laho mgmt tried using that as their excuse after it gets suspended, which in turn is a scam in itself ?Maybe they didn’t orchestrate an elaborate scam with a fake R/M announcement? Maybe their LOI will be the first LOI I’ve ever seen that is real in the pinks? Maybe maybe maybe. If they provide the filings, move forward with the R/M merger, don’t hide from SEC, there is a shot. But does look suspicious.
