I've said that everyday lol.

And no, I didn't contact the SEC. If you read the report the SEC has been reaching out to them since 2017. Everyone here knew they were delinquent hence the stop sign.

There is only ONE person responsible for their suspension. That would be the shady owner who gave fake addresses to the SEC that resulted in them never receiving the notices. I guess that is why they diluted so hard and so fast. They knew the clock was ticking.
