A “successfully completed” LOI is nothing more than agreed INTENT. There is no evidence whatsoever that the deal contemplated has been completed...and with the suspension it is probably not going to be now as the ticker will eventually disappear.
As for when it reopens...I am afraid the grey market will not be kind to it.
