U.S. citizens own the shares, and it is registered in BVI. I can't see relations between us and China having a bearing.

This has no bearing on the trade war at all. In-fact the original owners have ceased operations, this now is only a shell, until we know what they plan on doing with this shell we won't know. Once the first 6K comes on disclosing that the current CEO and Officers have resigned for no misunderstandings and new CEO and Officers are assigned it will be a shell at that you will know that a reverse merger is in full progress.
