So basically they were engaged in dirty convertible debt financing ... probably shorting the stocks off-shore at the same time too ... professionals at turning shareholders into bagholders ... this is a prime example of why you have to sell these POS otc stocks when the uptrend breaks - or you'll quickly be turned into a bagholder.
