So, the only way this is going to work is - a new name for the company, a new ticker for the new company and converting current COHO share into a significantly lower number of new company shares. Essentially, R/S into the new ticker.

I'm thinking they wanted that due to the REG A they were asking for. I would believe......because many unaudited pinks have r/s'd big time in the past, that without the REG A in the picture, Orie should be able r/s without any real problems. jmho
