This stock will go grey automatically before Thursday this coming week. After the 4th day without quotation (as a result of the 10 day suspension) it will lose compliance with Rule 15c-211.
Once it is grey the only way back is by a new Form 211 submitted to FINRA by a market maker.
As the stock is headed for revocation, no market maker is going to do that with the resulting liability on them.
The stock will be revoked. It is how this works.
