What would a settlement look like?

Additionally, I believe this is now bigger than a simple settlement.

This will likely end the NWS and force the Treasury to repay Fannie and Freddie back money towards a recap. That is my view on the matter.

How does this work? If Ackmans suit wins say...$25 a share. Does anyone owning a share also get the $25? Or do I have to file my own lawsuit?
