'Who owns that brand "king of hemp"?'
Well, I did a little checking. If you click the link provided by the board member to whom the above question was included in reply, a page comes up for a company called Natural Ecposure CBD. Sometimes they put it into all one word without spaces.
They sell two products that are King of Hemp pre rolls. Again, pre rolls is sometimes with and sometimes without a hyphen. This is Bruce's official registered trademark for which he applied on December 20, 2019. I would imagine the application was approved as you can see the little upper-case 'TM' following the words 'King of Hemp' in their pictured ads where the box is shown. I could not see the kingofhemp.us website you refer to in any of the photos that pictured the box. I will have to take your word for it that it is on the box, because I could not find a rotate feature enhancement.
Being surprised that Bruce would put his own personal website 'kingofhemp.us' up for sale, I did a little checking on that. This is one of his personal websites he uses with facebook, etc. to keep in contact with his audiance about Hemp Inc. news. I googled several ways as to whether that website was for sale. They all came up saying in part "missing" followed by that website with a line drawn through the website, followed by the name of the website with the word "required".
I don't know whether I got the correct sequence of wording, but it simply means that no such website is in their files for sale. Four different links came up empty. So, you will, perhaps need to provide your link to that effect.
Since my research came up short, it may be up to others to do a little more digging. I must admit that I am not very savvy at this sort of thing.
