You have been saying that for 20 years.Not going to happen,any time soon.You have to remember the board is putting up their own money,along with personally borrowed money.It's a different game,when people have their own skin in the game.Yes,anything can happen,but the convertible debt theory is long gone,and if ECPN were to be suspended,it would of happened a while back.
