Again, I’m simply stating the distinction between getting current DURING the suspension period and getting current 6 months later. That would seem to be a big difference. Also LAHO had mentioned its intentions in previous PRs and SEC 8k. AVDX did not do these things. Again, whether any of this matters is not your call nor mines. It’s the SEC’s. None of us can point to a ticker with LAHO’s peculiar position - assuming they become current before the two week suspension ends and hold true to their filed 8Ks. Perhaps you are right that it will make no difference..but perhaps you may be wrong. If you are wrong we both will be able to point to a ticker that became current WITHIN a two week suspension period and overcame registrant revocation. We shall see. Cheers!
