The reason is the previous people in charge of finding deals, financing, talking to shareholders, putting out PRs, etc.....are gone.
Was replaced when Norm took over. The previous regime was a big believer in IR, generating hype, etc. That does work on the OTC. No deals ever got closed however so one cannot say that in the long run things worked out.
The new regime has decided to remain quiet until if and when something ever gets done. Obviously that creates for some very quiet and lonely TVOG volume days.
Will something ever get done? I have no idea. Hope so.
