it's apples and oranges. not all stocks on the greys are previously suspended stocks. there are many legitimate companies that trade on the greys like regional banks, trusts, and foreign issuers. they don't want to be exchange listed but they do want a place where shares can be moved.

Chunky, you are throwing the IF as though there is doubt that it will be so. It could be me as well reading it wrong after this humongous burn that I have received along with others. I believe that the only ones that are chuckling along are those that flipped and were able in that way to recover their money and good for them. The rest of us either stay out of the penny junks or learn to flip with the best of them.

Apples & Oranges. All the ones I see are foreign stocks or ADRs. They trade on foreign exchanges, and need a U.S. exchange to trade. They are not on Greys due to SEC suspension.
