As there are no financial statements published, could a less than honest man back date transactions in the books of account? Not saying this happened. Just thinking out loud.
So your saying that we need an attorney to stop him versus the SEC. if you think you need an attorney then it would seem we will get screwed regardless. I say let’s go straighten Finra and the SEC and we should also approach West Park as well. If I get screwed I’m taking them all down...JMO
