So what is the conclusion regarding this matter, is it nothing more then smoke and guns.

perhaps, it is just fluff to gain investor interest in OSTK, not sure if anyone would be buying shares in OSTK at this point.

Seems to be having a difficult time staying above $17.00, would not surprise me if this is where the SHORTS are SHORTING more stock believing LOWER SP is on the horizon.
