Not really, just purely trading from a technical standpoint. Chart is looking up, decent SS that moves on a whisper. I like what I see here. I think there is more to come!
Many companies trade below book value or perceived value, so $IGPK has gone through the same phase that's see all over the stock market on many Exchanges and the OTC Quote Service.
The updates $IGPK has released in recent months have been contained mainly to the Quarterly reports. The next news may be something on the S-1 since that's the stated goal: become a reporting entity.
What this does is keep $IGPK's cash burn low while deals are lined up, and at the same time allow the company to be tidied up administratively. Anyone can see that by reading all the recent reports.
