it may be a report designed to see who says what and which teams pull the hardest on their ropes

nothing really new

smaller role in overall market
new expanded role for HUD
new expanded role for GNMA
much needs legislation

build up of capital to happen on long(er) road to ownership to include us

(focus on that last part and its a bullish day)
