The shell has not been purchased by anyone. All it takes is five minutes of DD to look at the Nevada SOS and see that nothing has changed. There have been no filings to show ownership change no 8K‘s, no form 4’s, no SC 13 D. Nobody has purchased the shell it’s all just a pump and dump the guy is a scammer
