no doubt-if merger is still a go, with the amount of $ involved to complete it, and the MEGA MONEY to be made(which would dwarf the amount ontario is putting in)-more time was needed, and why put out a pr when the filings are what is needed? put out the filings when the deal is done, then the pr's with contracts signed and sealed...jmho...
