#12688 RE: Ecostate #12675

Eco, review the Backend Lease Disclosure link Occasion posted..Geezus, Simon has outdone himself..My concern is does any of the NUGS Farm revenue get siphoned off to Simon personally, or does it all get recorded under NUGS, then Simon gets paid per salary/shares?

Looks like Espinosa II is a sub-subletter of Espinosa I...and Espinosa I is a subletter of Rocket Farms? No biggie.

Lease holds Simon and William Hin personally and NUGS corporately for major Lease obligations..

Who is William Hin? He listed his address as 2111 Longbeach Ave in downtown LA...Home of Cloud 8th dispensery..That backs up Simon's earlier PR that a dispensery, warehouse, distribution deal in the works in downtown LA.

https://www.propertyshark.com/mason/Property/16319101/2111-Long-Beach-Ave-Los-Angeles-CA-90058/ ..William Hin building address is 34k sq ft and $5m market value..That ain't chump change.

Questions...

Is Espinosa I Charles Kosmont involved in Espinosa II grow operations?

Is William Hin a half partner in financier LWVentures?

There are 4 nearly 60k sq ft greenhouses leased..And all 4 mandatory scheduled for $1-1.5m improvements including fencing,generators..How many plants on average per sq ft? Simon indicated 30k plants growing, does that take up all four (250k sq ft) of greenhouses, or potential for more plants?

Is NUGS Farm website down because they are fixin' to do an overhaul and highlight this baby?

*The Lease agreement indicates serious money involved here..Imo, potential for Rocket Farms properties eventually transition from florals to much more profitable cannabis..and Simon has his foot in the door...and Kosmont is Rocket Farms player.

NUGS glass half full..:)
