Great News they are going to allow the GSEs to retain more of their earnings to begin the recapitalization. Also looks like they are going to look at other options for more capital, such as equity and debt offerings.Over all tis all positive. As always there are hundreds of details to work out. Won't happen over night.But we are now FREEEE.
