If you look at CBIS and UBQU they look the same...00000000000000 no bid....no ask...no orders filled. I have been in contact with the SEC. Down $100,000 is disheartening, but Mr. Ballas cannot continue to fraud and mislead investors. It may be a very expensive lesson, but looking back when according to Forbes: UBQU was one of the top 5 CBD companies in 2017. $4 million in revenue...$350,000 profit...a debt of $500,000, and around 100 million O/S it was one of the better CBD buys, and so I jumped in. With those numbers...how could it not move up from .02?? Mr. Ballas needs to be held accountable. Let him explain to the SEC what a great company this is. Explain to them the $50 million plan...the 20billion in convertible shares...the vision for 2020.
In one way I hope UBQU has not been suspended (I would like to recoup some money), but Mr Ballas cannot be without answering to someone. With fraud is it possible to recover some of a major loss?
