Hard to tell, the system is so messed up: Government issuing patents, then claiming the patent covered the "unpatentable"???? Wow, I only expect this level of service from the IRS!

No matter how it goes, it will probably be appealed. I know it will be from our side, if she rules against VPLM!

I do believe there, as always, are other things happening in the background!
I wish VPLM would do a better job of getting the word out...NOBODY REALLY KNOWS THE STORY! Getting the word out benefits VPLM in multiple ways!

Hope you are well and great post/points!

There are differences in how our legal team responded to this motion. (lessons learned from the first rodeo)

However, It may not matter to this Judge, and regardless of the decision, it will be appealed.

I do not believe that arguments were postponed. The clerks message reads

“that matter will be determined based on papers without oral arguments.”

Sure it will be appealed but as stated before this business model is funded by selling stock. It takes a whole lot of .0005 stock to fight apple.

Great call here, P2P! Thought I might re-post it and restate the angry judge did us a favor...we're off to the appeals sooner!

Wondering if postponing oral arguments could be a positive sign...or perhaps nothing at all. In my opinion, it would be unusual and almost bizarre to have Judge Koh backpedal and contradict her understanding in these matters without significant events to give her cause to do so.

In other words, if she were to decide the matter today, I would fully expect the same result that happened in her court last time. And while, I'm more than certain that certain voices would claim all manners of victory and "proof" that this stock is worthless... it would mean precisely NOTHING more than we already know: Judge Koh's position -a position which is NOT shared by the vast majority of the legal experts in this field currently, as TESTIMONY before legislative committees clearly demonstrates - is flawed, and very likely will eventually be reversed -

Just as another of her recent rulings was - on appeal.

So I sit - gathering...always gathering more. And contemplating my virtue through patience!
