Correct. You may still be able to convert those preferred but doing that now will mean you get the best conversion rate. In the future you will be lucky to get one common for each preferred. Best is to sell your preferred s and get several commons for each. Don't be dumb and wait until the conversion is one common to one preferred or even worse if you keep waiting. I already sold my last few prefrrreds and am very happy about that
