If you truly believe that the Cts will see a recovery at the levels you are expecting, the extra 4.8 cents to buy at the ask and get a full fill is hardly nothing. It is not like you daytrading this issue.

Let's say the recovery is $5.00 as Jersey sees it. Don't you think paying 15 cents versus 10 cents is of little consequence?
