I don't know about mgmt knowing they have to get out?

I do agree that competent mgmt wouldn't have mishandled the books for so long that a firm of BDO's stature is stumped by a company generating revenues of $100 million and can't audit the books.

If BDO ends up withdrawing, then all investor hope is lost and we'll know there were shady things going on that mgmt knew about.

The dots will connect with the meager number of insider shares held while everything on the outside was looking so promising.

If mgmt is really clean, then there isn't a good explanation of meager insider ownership.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Brutal day for the PPS.

Anyone would think this is a cheap PPS if it were not warranted based on the uncertainties.

Heck of a high risk considering how the PPS will be punished further if NASDAQ doesn't give them the extension, then de-lists them, only to see them move to the pink sheets as lawsuits abound.

OR

NASDAQ gives them the extension, the PPS rebounds on the news, and BDO comes through showing revenues well over $100 million, tons of new connections, and Q & K restatements that don't terribly hurt the past filings, and most importantly, don't negatively impact forward progress.

Then I wouldn't be surprised to see this rebound north of $15 again.

Like I said, HIGH RISK.
