Take a look at her credentials. Does she know more than the Ptab judges and the Person that reviewed the patents... ah yes she does.

The PTAB IS meaningless lololol. All it does is validate the patents. It doesn't HOWEVER rule on patent infringement.

Just because the patents are valid doesn't mean patent infringements have occurred.

I’m with you on this one... It’s kind of a slap in the face to patent experts at the PTAB, and the Patent office. Who is she as a sole judge to say that they are not of any value after years of review and analysis. Seems to be like a lay-up for her considering all the work has been done for her. Welp to the higher courts we go where maybe a judge with a brain will make a fair ruling. It’s just a pain how slow the process works I just wish it’d be over by now win or lose lol.

They heard testimony from both APPLE and VPLMs technical expert, and still chose to say the patents are valid, over a 3 year review with multiple judges and panels. Yet Koh, without even so much as giving VPLM a day in court decided that she knows better then all of them...

Apparently, or so the story goes, the USPTO and PTAB are unaware of the Alice decision and continue to allow patents on the "unpatentable"??? How can this be? If Alice continues to stand, with the USPTO/PTAB ruling one way and judges, like Koh, ruling another, it seems as though a RICO cause against this system is in order. All this CRAP over the "Patent Trolls" and their cost to the system??? The patent holders, like VPLM, are not forcing patent issuance, U.S. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ARE ISSUING/UPHOLDING THE PATENTS AFTER LONG REVIEW! Amazing what a contorted system this has become!
