I think the key to your statement is "When sales are realized...". Why would this be different than Dawson or Aegis promoting and getting the word out without sales? None of it will work until sales are realized.

Yes, but MZ Group doesn't have anything to tell Potential Investors Yet.

So, what does MZ Group tell them... " Hey look at us....we want you to buy our stock, but NO we haven't sold anything yet"...

How about we hire them a week or two before we HAVE ROCK SOLID proof that we have a sale/sales lined up.

Perhaps Rice has an ACE UP HIS SLEEVE. I hope he does..or else it's more of the same old "BOY WHO CRIED WOLF" Story. No one believes or cares until they prove themselves.
