Schwab. With basic account you can play OTC and they have decent charts and indicators for basic account. With their more advanced account you see L2 and more detailed volume/data.
With David Lazar plays usually right before and right after form 15 you will see clean 10,000 or similar blocks on the Bid and sometimes you will see cheaper shares that were taken out the week before reappear. My guess is usually this is the time when older notes or shares get dropped to keep preferred bases for the share price before materials events drop... Why? It's good to keep momentum after certain material events a little later on than before (to increase market cap right before and during RM entry, also makes price for ticker cheaper earlier on to get buyer commitment)... Also this can help "grease the wheels" ...in other words sometimes David agrees out of court to let older shares drop to make any prior owners happy and not contest the court case and allow the Corp to be handed off to Lazar's company.
