I love how Clay is at a loss for words for a moment as he enlarged the chart range to confirm that he truly is witnessing a blue sky breakout. Not many known resistance levels above .0040. As word spreads and those on the sideline get nervous about getting left out, this will continue its ascent pre-news, imo.
