this means the plan will be released this day the 10th or possibly sooner than the 10th and they go over it with the senators.

before the 10th is the best time to have en banc come out also so the admin can use it as ammo against the unruly senators who are evil against the GSE's becoming free and stoping the NWS. IMO

Wow - This is probably the time line. Announcement before the Hearing. It is also probably significant that Secretary Carson will also be testifying with Secretary Mnuchin and Calabria. Hearing on Next Tuesday so probably new plan announcement this week.
