Agree DD on this tech looks solid perhaps the delay on filings may be due to optimism and opportunity buzzing around the building (since their recent trade show etc) that needs sorting prior to inking deals...? We'll see but if this is as real as longs believe it is, it wont be on the OTC long...and the delay may be showing an optimistic outcome. For a penny or so a share it is worth some patience... imo
