I have said all along they will split the contract - cannot have companies go through this amount of expense and not get anything assuming they met the mandatory requirements.

Seems it will drag out with separate production proposals but any delays hep WKHS establish its ability to manufacture (1100 N0Gen units) and their financial stability.

Delay sucks big time. 2020, this could be a full 12 months away.
